Click on the name. Click on Meeting transcript. You will be taken to another screen. Select Download. Then select the format you want to download your transcription in.
The document will download to your Downloads folder on your PC or laptop. Delete Meeting When you are satisfied with your transcript you can delete the meeting from your calendar. To Delete Meeting 1. Open the scheduled meeting on the Teams calendar.
Then Cancel Meeting again. Create your Team 1. Then click Close. See below. Select Add member from the dropdown menu. Then, click Close. The students are added to the team and are now ready to conduct their interviews.
